VISITING SORORS

Greetings Visiting Sorors,

You’ve reached the visitors page for the Nashville Alumnae Chapter (NAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Currently, our meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified. Meetings are open to all Sorors who are not on disciplinary action.

 

Virtual Meetings

 

In order to attend a chapter meeting, a visiting Soror must submit the Verification of Membership form at least 72 hours before the meeting in order to be cleared. Any Soror who is not cleared 72 hours before the meeting will not be given access to the virtual meeting. In addition to the form, a copy of your membership card, original membership certificate and/or letter of verification, and/or membership number will need to be provided as well.

Upon completion of the form, please press the “Submit Form” button so that our Sergeant-at-Arms Team can complete the verification process. Information will also be sent to membership services so we can virtually communicate and remain connected.

 

In Person Meetings

When meetings are in person, duly initiated members of the sorority will be welcome to attend, provided they can show proof of membership.

 

Visiting sorors will need to check in with our Sergeant-At-Arms Team and bring the following credentials to enter the meeting:

* Membership card or original membership certificate

* Photo identification
