The Recording Secretary plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of chapter documentation. This officer is responsible for accurately recording minutes of all meetings, tracking attendance, and documenting votes. They ensure timely distribution and secure storage of records, uphold document retention policies, and serve as the official custodian of chapter records. Additionally, they collaborate with the Technology Committee to upload approved minutes and perform duties as directed by Grand Chapter.
