The Financial Secretary manages all chapter income and financial documentation, ensuring timely deposits and accurate records. As one of the authorized check signers (excluding her own), she collaborates with the Treasurer on dues payments and financial reports. She provides monthly income summaries, alerts members about dues deadlines, and maintains the roster of financial members. Additionally, she supports audits, attends finance trainings, and serves on the Budget and Finance Committee and Minerva Circle. Her role is governed by fiduciary responsibility and bonding requirements.
