The Treasurer is the chief steward of chapter finances, responsible for monitoring expenditures, disbursing funds, and maintaining accurate financial records. As Chair of the Budget and Finance Committee and one of three authorized check signers, she ensures timely deposits, reconciles accounts, and prepares monthly financial reports. The Treasurer collaborates closely with the Financial Secretary, adheres to fiscal policies, and supports audits and trainings. She must be bonded and uphold fiduciary responsibilities while ensuring all financial transactions are properly documented and processed.
