The Corresponding Secretary manages the chapter’s official communications, supporting the President by handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. Responsibilities include distributing mail, sending meeting notices, maintaining a correspondence log, and ensuring timely written notifications for key chapter decisions. This officer also secures all correspondence records, produces newsletters and announcements, and may lead the Communications & Public Relations Committee.
