Fundraising (Ways and Means)
The Fundraising Committee must submit event-specific budget projections for chapter approval and ensure all funds are collected by the Financial Secretary or Assistant. A financial report is required within 30 days post-event for reconciliation. Proceeds must support the advertised purpose, with a small portion allowed for future fundraising. Only the President may sign binding contracts. Youth participants in Delta Academy and Delta GEMS are excluded from fundraising activities.
