The Assistant Financial Secretary supports the Financial Secretary by performing all financial duties except signing checks and participating in Minerva Circle activities. This role includes serving on the Budget and Finance Committee, completing fiduciary documentation, attending finance trainings, and fulfilling responsibilities as outlined by Grand Chapter and governing manuals. The position requires bonding and readiness to step in when needed.
